Smooth edges of diagrams
With font smoothing enabled

"If font smoothing is not enabled in your Windows system, you can get
a display like the right diagram. You can then change this in "Display
Open the "Control Panel" and double click on "Display"
or right click on the Desktop and select "Properties"
Select the "Appearance" tab and click there on
the "Effects" button.
Click on the drop down arrow in the ComboBox below the "Use
the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts" option and click
on "ClearType" if you use an LCD screen or on "Standard"
if you use a classic CRT monitor.
Then click on "OK" to close the Effects window.
- After that you click on "OK" to close the "Display Properties"
You should then see that the diagrams on the screen are now
displayed much more crisply
